My campaign will focus on three issues that all have their roots in the 10 Key Values. My first priority if elected will be to push for legislation that will secure state guaranteed low interest loans to homeowners for the purchase and installation of solar and wind powered electrical generators. In tandem with this legislation, myself and other Greens will push for legislation that will compel the utilities to buy back excess energy from these decentralized producers. For too long we have seen large insurance companies feeding off the premiums of average citizens and then fighting and refusing to pay legitimate claims. Not only will a Single Payer eliminate unnecessary paperwork and delay, but Single Payer Health systems have been shown time and again to operate more efficiently than multi-payer systems. By reducing redundant administrative agencies more of your health care dollars will go to treatment, and less of it into the pockets of stockholders profiting from your misfortune. Read more ...
